My name is Ron Fast, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) serving The Blue Mountains, Simcoe County & Grey County regions.

Whether you’re struggling with issues relating to anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, transitions, identity, or existential questions, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore aspects of your Self, your Relationships, and/or your Existence in order to become the person you want to be in this world.

I provide individual and family therapy sessions in person in Thornbury/Clarksburg & Creemore, as well as individual online therapy across Ontario. I work with both adults and teens, in addition to families. My therapeutic modality is primarily Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), however, I also draw upon Family Systems, Psychodynamic, and other modalities such as Narrative Therapy, CBT and EMDR when it’s appropriate to a client’s needs. I also offer clinical supervision for practicing counsellors and therapists (including Qualifying RPs).

Between the two office locations, it may be possible to commute from the following locations: Meaford, Collingwood, Owen Sound, Stayner, Alliston, Angus & Shelburne.
