Clinical Supervision

As a Registered Psychotherapist (RP), I offer clinical supervision to therapists and school counsellors who are seeking professional support, guidance, and growth in their practice.

Supervision is more than case consultation — it is a collaborative, reflective process that supports clinical development, ethical practice, and personal well-being. My approach is supportive, and relational, with a strong emphasis on creating a safe space where you can deepen your skills and confidence.

Who I Work With

  • Psychotherapists — both qualifying and fully registered, including those working toward their CRPO supervision requirements

  • School Counsellors — professionals navigating the complexities of counselling in diverse cultural and educational settings

  • Other Mental Health Professionals — who want a reflective, ethical, and growth-oriented space to enhance their work.

My Approach to Supervision

I see supervision as a collaborative partnership where we explore:

  • Case conceptualization and clinical decision-making

  • Professional identity, ethics, and standards of practice

  • Countertransference, self-awareness, and therapist well-being

  • Practical strategies for working with diverse populations

  • Unique challenges of school-based and cross-cultural counselling

What to Expect

Supervision sessions are structured yet flexible, designed around your needs and goals. You can expect:

  • Individual or group supervision (depending on your preference)

  • Online sessions to support accessibility, especially for school counsellors

  • Space for both professional growth and personal reflection

  • Guidance that balances support, challenge, and accountability

About Me

I bring 25 years of experience working with teens and adults across various countries and settings. My background includes 30 hours of clinical supervision training, as well as leadership roles in schools. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO), and my supervision meets the standards required for qualifying psychotherapists in Ontario.
